What should I expect during my filling appointment?
We start your filling appointment by numbing around the tooth that needs filling. The procedure uses a local anesthetic; the filling will be comfortable and will not cause you any pain. Next, the decayed part of the tooth is removed using special tools, and cleaned to make sure no bacteria remains. After that, the tooth is filled with material, which will result in a completely natural looking tooth.
