Meet Our Doctor

As a current resident and native of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Karan Varma is excited to serve the Elgin community. Dr. Varma graduated among the top of his class from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. Prior to that, he completed his Masters of Biomedical Sciences with a focus on disease prevention. 

Providing his patients with the best in dental technology, treatment options, and patient comfort are top priorities for Dr. Varma. He believes that patients should have sufficient information to make educated decisions about their oral health. 

Committed to providing his patients with the highest standard of care, Dr. Varma completes numerous hours of continuing education per year and has taken postdoctoral courses in prosthodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery. He has also been trained by some of America’s top Endodontists and Periodontists. Dr. Varma is a member of the American Dental Association and Chicago Dental Society. 

In his spare time, Dr. Varma enjoys traveling with his wife/childhood sweetheart. The two have been married for a little over ten years and find great joy in experiencing other cultures and traditions. Dr. Varma is also a sports enthusiast. He served as captain of his soccer team throughout high school and college and loves being active and enjoying the outdoors.
